There is also A LOT of violence and gore in the game, many of helers attack dismember, cause severe bleeding and several other horrible things to happen during combat, especially against larger enemies like the brawlers. Heller as they say is very liberal with his foul language and so are several of the blackwatch (military division that created the virus) units in the game. The main problems with this game is the violence and the language. This game does contain one moment where there is a women in a really short dress but that is it, the appropriate age, any one in high school, has already seen worse than in that one seen almost everyday when the weather is warmer. There may be one small reference on some obscure side quest but nothing in the main game has any relationship to drugs or alcohol.
Heller also does several things like sparing a man who he blamed, he showed mercy for the families sake this might even be considered a positive message. (SPOILER) The rating on this site for many things is wrong, yes the main character does want revenge for only the first third of the game, and even then he is working to take down the organization that created the virus and the person spreading the virus, the other two thirds of the game are dedicated to Heller finding and saving his daughter.
